This Should Be The First Line Of Defense For All Women

This is a women named Bal Gill. And her story is almost impossible to believe. She was visited the Camera Obscura and World of Illusions in Edinburgh in May, it was an exhibition. On display was a thermal imaging camera. Upon examining the image Bal noticed a heat patch showing up above her left breast.

Nobody else around her appeared to have a similar spot. She photographed it and when she got home she searched online for what it might mean.

She discovered documented cases where such a patch had indicated the presence of breast cancer.
She sought medical advice and was diagnosed with early-stage cancer in that breast.

Her condition was caught in time and treated successfully and she is healthy today. She believes the thermal imaging camera may well have saved her life.

But if it is genuinely that straightforward to spot then it does make one wonder why mammograms are so consistently promoted as the primary method of detection.
