For the past 6 weeks I have had the privilege to jump on as campaign manager for the Vote No on 3 PAC. This experience has refined me, taught me a great deal, challenged me in ways I didn’t expect, and has allowed me to be fully invested and active in this opposition movement to crush amendment 3. My whole heart and soul has been invested in this. I urge each and every one of you to find a way to reach out to people in your life BEYOND the political bubble. Don’t just retweet things, get “risky” and start talking about this at work, in the pickup line, at church, on your Facebook, at your workout places, etc. This is not the time to protect your peace. This is the time to dare to be disliked. Speak up for truth. Also, a big lesson I have learned through this: sometimes, not always, but sometimes, the people/politicians/politicos that you hear from the least are actually doing the most. I’ve had to eat my words, change my mind, challenge my pre-conceived opinions, and open my heart to people I never thought I would. I have been so excited to see the truth behind the headlines about a lot of people in this party and in this movement. Perhaps I’ll talk openly about that sometime. For now, let’s just focus on defeating A3 #moleg PS- I will be returning to @VitaeFoundation promptly after the election. They are doing a fantastic job fighting this in their lane! I love being a part of that team.
