Sadhguru: The closest creation, the first creation is blissfulness; from blissfulness to awareness, from awareness to energy, from energy to mind and from mind to body.

Sadhguru: The Khajuraho temples were built by the Chandravanshis. These people were worshippers of the moon. The moon and the feminine have a very deep connection. For them, it was difficult even to imagine a temple that did not include the feminine.
This is not only about Khajuraho; on the outside of almost every temple there is at least one erotic image like this. But nowhere inside the temple is such erotic material found.
You should see this place after sunset. If you are fortunate enough to see this place on a full moon night, you will certainly see magic in the stones here. The architecture here, the sculpture here, everything will seem extraordinary to you. The way it has been built truly gives a magical feeling.
The Sculptures of Khajuraho:
The British wanted to demolish it. They thought these temples were obscene because the outer walls of the temple had sculptures depicting various postures of sexual union. They demolished many small temples, but they could not demolish one of the most magnificent temples in the country — the Khajuraho temple. Perhaps a certain hesitation at the last moment saved this temple. Otherwise they would have demolished this temple too, and the reason would simply have been that the temple walls depict images of sexual union. A kind of pretended modesty has spread all over the world in the name of religion. The same people who called it a sin became the most undisciplined and sensual people on this earth.
But this culture never learned to pretend modesty. Especially the Chandravanshis hid nothing about their lives. They believed there was nothing in the human body that should be hidden or something for which a person should feel ashamed. Yes, one thing was certain — their dharma did not allow them to go out of control.
Their dharma was that if you want to achieve “this,” then you must do “this.” If you want to become a king, you should live your life in a certain way. If you want to live a householder’s life, you should live your life in a certain way. Whatever goal you set, they determined the methods required to achieve success in it. They did not talk about relying on morality. You must understand that this is a culture in which there is no morality. There is no morality in India. If India as a nation or as a culture is bound together by one thread, it is bound by consciousness.
Kudos to the parent and the obedient little child. This sort of parenting will change Indian civic sense in a generation back to our former glory as described by Greek, Chinese, and Italian travelers in ancient times.
1000 years of invasions, colonization, oppression, and brutalization made us apathetic to our own surroundings and our nation. This will change for sure in the coming decades. But can be accelerated by everyone's effort just a bit.
Truth Over Drama
I've been seeing a ton of misinformation flying around about Sadhguru and Isha Foundation "losing" a defamation case in the US, and some even claiming they got slapped with a $10M fine. Let's set the record straight with facts, not frenzy. This isn't a defeat; it's a testament to Isha's massive global impact!
First off:
NO, there was no $10M loss or fine. That's pure fake news. Isha filed the lawsuit against a critic spreading baseless claims, not the other way around. The Texas court dismissed it, not because the criticisms were valid (the judge didn't even rule on that), but because Isha is officially recognized as a "public figure" with "pervasive fame."
Think about that:
With 3 million volunteers, millions of followers, and life-changing programs touching every corner of the world, Isha's influence is so huge that US law gives extra protection to free speech around them.
It's like saying, "You're too big and beloved to silence every whisper." That's not a loss; that's proof of their extraordinary reach!
In Bharat, we value reputation deeply, and laws reflect that. But in the US, the First Amendment prioritizes open dialogue, even if it's critical. This ruling just highlights the differences in legal systems; it doesn't validate any smears against Sadhguru or Isha's incredible work in yoga, environment (hello, Save Soil!), and inner well-being. If anything, it shows critics have to step up their game with real evidence, not just noise.
To all the haters:
If Isha's so "bad," why are millions thriving through their initiatives? Sadhguru's wisdom has empowered countless lives, from rural India to global stages. This "loss" is just a bump in a journey of transformation. Let's focus on the positive change they're creating, not twisted headlines. What do you think? Share your Isha stories below!

Just Imagine if even a fraction of our temple lands became active spaces for healing -yoga, meditation & holistic well-being.
Communities would thrive, happiness quotient would rise, & most importantly, the nation’s lifestyle disease burden would reduce drastically.
I truly believe the world can #healinindia
What do you think?
Being a Guru is not about being a man or a woman. Only if you can go beyond gender and see life simply as life, can you look at life’s mechanics in depth.

From that breath watching, which happened for just a few minutes, a new spiritual process began which changed that person's future in so many ways. That's why, in Samyama, breath watching has a feel of venom to it.
Wonderful that the US Department of Health and Human Services has acted swiftly to implement the recommendations of the MAHA report. Supporting farmers through incentive-based policies to restore soil health is among the most effective ways to ensure future generations enjoy physical and mental wellbeing. This investment in regenerative agriculture has the potential to become a gamechanger for soil health, human health and socioeconomic health of the United States. Congratulations and best wishes to Secretary RFK Jr. & his team. -Sg #SaveSoil
Indians in India aren’t short on talent or intelligence, we’re short on energy - half of the energy is lost before the day even begins.
By the time I reach office, I’m already drained, navigating this chaotic traffic, praying no one hits my car or comes under it.
How are we supposed to use our brain cells fully at work after that?

Led by the HP Home Guards & Civil Defence Department under ADG Mrs. Satwant Atwal, IPS, this initiative aims to support 200,000–300,000 people in its first year, strengthening mental wellbeing at scale.

@shutupnaina Nothing… dandruff means dry skin. If the water you put in your head doesn’t reach the bottom of the scalp, dandruff will be a natural outcome. Instead try washing your head from the back of the head to the front, means from bottom to top. In a few days all dandruff shall vanish
