since everyone is sharing their experience with @/dobinini, let me share mine too.

I availed their service during HOTS MNL since I saw a lot of good reviews about them from customers who also got a single-digit qn during 17RH, sabi ko why not try kasi baka maisecure nila ako ng prio seat ko since im not aiming for vip naman. so fast forward sa ticket selling, they already posted na nakasecure na sila ng mga sc and vip tix for their clients even posted “WTS” tweets for other extra tiers that they secured. oh di ba inuna pa nila magsecure ng extra slots, the audacity. nakapag-RT na rin sila ng customer feedbacks that day habang ako sa bahay na ina-anxiety na kakaisip if may ticket na ba ako or not kasi wala silang update not until nag-dm na ko. naisip ko lang, dahil ba UB lang desired sit ko kaya di ako priority? nagreply sila telling me na memcode error daw ayaw pumasok kahit nakailang attempta na sila. nagsend sila ng screenshot ng memcode only to find out na ibang army memcode yung ineenter nila. LIKE?! MAG- EERROR TALAGA YAN DAHIL HINDI YAN YUNG CODE NA SINEND KO SA INYO! I was so frustrated, they offered me a UB seat na nasa super gilid na, so kesa di makanood at maubusan ng ticket to see Hobi, pinatos ko na yung seat na inadd nila sa cart ko. nagpa-tpa pa kung di rin naman ako masusunod. so ayun lang sharing is caring and para aware na rin yung ibang balak magpa TPA next time. I have a moa friend na may palyadong transaction din with them. AYUN LANG, NEVER AGAIN.
