The National Museum of Korea is one of the places we cherish most. As the largest and most popular museum in Korea, it is renowned for its architecture, surroundings and panoramic views, not to mention its vast collection of artifacts from ancient times to the modern era.
One of the reasons we chose to visit Korea at this time of year was to attend the Tea World Festival, Koreaβs largest tea expo. The festival offers an opportunity to explore teas from Korea and around the world, alongside specialized tea wares and traditional crafts.
Huinnyeoul Culture Village, also known as the βSantorini of Korea,β is a hidden gem of Busan.
Visitors can walk along the seaside alleys of the village, situated on a high cliff, and enjoy panoramic ocean views alongside cozy cafes and souvenir shops.

Taejongdae Cliffed Coast is one of Busanβs iconic destinations.
A walking trail and the Danubi Train are also excellent ways to enjoy the park, but we strongly recommend taking a cruise or boat tour to fully appreciate the scenic cliffed coast and blue waters of Taejongdae.
The Oryukdo Skywalk is a horseshoe-shaped glass observation bridge that offers a spectacular view of the iconic Oryukdo Islets.
The name Oryukdo Islets means five or six islands, depending on the tide.

Dongbaekseom Island is a must-visit destination during a trip to Busan. Visitors can explore the island from the scenic coastal trail to the Nurimaru APEC House, which was constructed for the 2005 APEC Summit!

Haeundae Blue Line Park offers a unique experience with the Haeundae Beach Train. This ride travels along former railway tracks, providing panoramic views of the coastline. It features multiple stations, allowing visitors to disembark and explore various beaches and skywalks.
Over the past 14 years since our last visit to Busan, numerous new buildings have been constructed. We enjoyed them alongside the cityβs picturesque beaches and historic ports.

Regardless of your team affiliation, we highly recommend watching a baseball game during your stay in Korea. Korean baseball fans cheer enthusiastically, often singing specific songs for each player and in various situations.
