I mean yea, surface-level copying of an edit is straightfoward , the hard part is getting the model to think creatively from scratch. And any blind test would pick the original bc clone still runs into obvious technical walls: sourcing lower-res assets, visual inconsistencies across graphics, hallucinating/recreating real photos instead of retrieving originals.

Plus, Im pretty sure cloning falls apart on longer references (could be wrong) Not to mention the sound design the original does natively. Ours ran locally for $0 too (just paid audio gen); Obv the saas version wont be free as the tool would need to run through api.

Not entirely true. Yeah, sure, focus on other channels, but don't completely shut down the othes, Still keep an eye on it.
This channel took over 30 days to get pushed. another 30 days to get monetized due to the monetization application getting rejected for reused and now it consistently gets videos over 100k views (revenue isnt real obv).
Ofc there are nuances like if the ideas are evergreen or trend based.

If your faceless YouTube channel isn't monetized in 30 days:

Kill the channel and start a new one

Creators will pour 3-4 months into a channel that showed no signs of life in the first 30 days. They believe consistency is the answer. Some guru told them "give it time."

But staying consistent on a dead channel just means you waste more time on it.

When a channel doesn't monetize in 30 days, one of two things is true:

Either the trust score is low (which means the algorithm never started testing the channel in the first place), or the niche-audience match is wrong (which means the algorithm tested the content and the viewer response was too weak to justify further push).

Neither one gets fixed by uploading more.

More videos won't repair a broken trust score, and they won't change a verdict the algorithm already made on your niche.

The time you spend nursing a failing channel launches and validates 3 new ones. One of those 3 will work if the niche is validated and the trust score is clean.

One of my Elevate members went through this cycle. His Sellup News channel ground for months at $2,000 best month. Switched to AI stories, first channel monetized within one month.

Today: 7-8 channels at $15-20k/mo.

He has fewer channels yet makes 3-4x more money.

The emotional attachment to a channel is the trap. Channels are assets. They're interchangeable. The system works on any channel that clears those same two bars.

Kill the dead channels fast, launch the next ones faster, and you get to profit sooner.

GPT 6 Astra is so insane. I might not renew claude max next month. It’s a lot more creative and takes smarter initiative as well.
