@SouthwestAir Swap out a sleigh for a car and drive home. SWA refused me to board today bc they thought my little dogs were too big. Even tho I flew here with them on SWA 5 days ago. I’m stranded now.

@SouthwestAir Did you know that you can board on SW at one airport with your dogs but then when you try to board your return flight they deny you? I do. They did to me today.

@SouthwestAir your supervisosaid loudly “I can’t even look at them in there like this! They’re on top of eachother” I was like what? Look at them, they’re laying side by side so comfy like they always do. She said “I just lost my dog so I’m probably not the best person for this.
