@dead_and_rotted The only tip I really have is to take it easy and limit physical activity when you can. I’ve also heard that electrolytes like salt or potassium can help with nausea and dizziness so maybe try some zero cal drinks with minerals🩷
@dead_and_rotted The only physical side effect I’ve really dealt with during fasting is dizziness, so I don’t have many personal tips for the other stuff 🥲 I’ve had a super sedentary lifestyle until now so I probably haven’t experienced the full impact of fasting.
