When someone's in pain, just LISTEN to them.
Don't try to find a solution for them.
Don't tell them 'how they should be feeling'. That's not your space.
Just validate how they're feeling. Human beings want to be seen and heard.
When you consciously try to engrain this to your daily routine, you become more in control with your thoughts.
