HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
1) did not deliver to customer
2) without attempting, parcel marked RTO
3) product not returned to me
4) after 1000s of follow ups, they sent a fake parcel with INCORRECT ITEM inside
5) made me suffer for 2+ months
There was a tweet that was brewing in my head for the past few days. Now I can't remember what it was, or even what it was about ahhh it's annoying because I feel like that tweet was very clever and witty funny ugh
Ekart is one the worstttttt delivery partners and they have no number, no customer care. And earlier, I used to really rely on them!!! Lately, they delayed an order by TEN WHOLE DAYS and eventually said "aap humare office se khud pick karlo" wthh @flipkartsupport
