So @AmericanAir , I have to tell you about a special employee. My Original flight was delayed due to a dent in one of your planes, meaning I’d miss my connecting flight. Burnt toast theory, I was ok with it, AA booked me on another flight (to a place I had no ride home from.

Again, I had no way home from LGA when my flight got changed. But Lorita (sp) @ CLT heard me out, got me on the flight in minutes 🥹 I’m also disabled and had a medical infusion just before I got on the flight, I want her to know how much she’s helped my family. @AmericanAir
