Hi, my sons have a complaint regarding a booking with BudgetAir, to fly with Norwegian which included a personal item, and overhead luggage each. This was not communicated to Norwegian and they had to pay for extra. Your company have refused to reimburse them.

Saying it’s more expensive to eat healthily is a load of nonsense.
