⁃Races scheduled for Friday, 2/21 will move to Saturday, 2/22
⁃The entire Rebel Stakes race card planned for Saturday, 2/22 will move to Sunday 2/23
⁃Races scheduled for Sunday, 2/23 will move to Monday, 2/24
