Real poor service. I wouldn’t say this was the work of ‘delivery experts’. You also won’t leave my parcel in a safe place which I’ve asked multiple times to do
@dpduk_ my parcel was due Tuesday with £8 next day delivery. It was late with no update, so I changed to a pickup locker, now delivery failed because the lockers aren’t working. You’re retrying to the same broken locker, no option to change address, no callback after 2 calls.
