1. I have a NOW Entertainment package & Boost add-on for my TV.

2. Said Entertainment & Boost packages are £9.99 & £6 respectively.

3. I was told that I'd be watching my TV through a Sky Stream puck when I signed up.

3. Why was I charged for Sky Stream when I signed up for NOW on the latter's website if it wasn't necessary?

4. How do I keep watching linear & on-demand TV without a Sky Stream?

4. Charges since May '25: £9.99 & £6 for NOW & £25 - £29.10 for Sky TV.

5. Contacted NOW & they said I shouldn't pay for both, BUT Sky said this was standard for my package.

I am SO CONFUSED & frustrated, my budget is tight so please help me out & see if I can save money.
