Content templates with guidance in situ can also be very helpful for people who have to do this kind of work in addition to their main role.

LOVE this @BFIPlayer - this is how you do an email subscription thingy:
- not an annoying modal in the centre of the screen
- only appears after visiting a few pages, not as soon as you land on the site
- options to Ask me later or (and I love this) Never ask
