Really disappointed seeing our graduation ceremonies this week from @unisouthampton aren’t announcing our names or really celebrating our achievements - especially when we’ve studied during such testing times. Graduates are walking across a stage without so much as a handshake☹️

@JamesHollandfcp Hi, I’m 10 years post surgery. I’m fused T3-L3 so can’t curve my thoracic and consequently for example sit ups I struggle with. The same backwards/extension. However I think in what isn’t fused I’m quite flexible so I don’t feel restricted as such!
