On the afternoon of September 17, 2025, Thai soldiers armed with shields, batons, and weapons continued their incursions into Cambodia by firing tear gas, rubber bullets, and using sound-disrupting devices that damaged hearing, targeting Cambodian civilians in Prey Chan village, O’ Bei Choan commune, Ou Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province. These actions caused injuries to several civilians, including Buddhist monks. 📷ខ្ញុំឃើញថៃ គេយករឿងដែលថៃបានបើកជំរំជនភៀសខ្លួនខ្មែរនៅក្នុងប្រទេសថៃ ថាជាគុណរបស់គេ ដើម្បីដឹងគុណគេ ថាគេល្អ។ តាមដែលខ្ញុំដឹង ព្រោះខ្ញុំក៏ជាអ្នកធ្លាប់រស់នៅតាមជំរំជាយដែនដែរ ហើយក៏បានឃើញផ្ទាល់ភ្នែកប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ ភៀសខ្លួនចេញពីភ្នំខ្មោចចូលមកប្រទេសកម្ពុជាវិញដែរ។ ជនភៀសខ្លួនខ្មែរដែលថៃដឹកយកទៅចាក់ចោលនៅភ្នំខ្មោច តាមពិតពេលនោះ អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិគេដឹកជនភៀសខ្លួនទាំងនោះដើម្បីយកទៅដាក់នៅជំរំខាវអ៊ីដាងដែលទើបនឹងបើកទេ ប៉ុន្តែប៉ុន្មានឡានខាងក្រោយក្បួនត្រូវបានថៃដឹកបែកពីក្បួនឡានរបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិដោយដឹកយកទៅចាក់ចោលនៅភ្នំខ្មោចតែម្តង។ ជាមេរៀន ពេលក្រោយៗមកទៀត អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិប្រយ័ត្នប្រយែងណាស់។

ជំរំជនភៀសខ្លួនខ្មែរទាំងអស់ដែលនៅប្រទេសថៃ គឺសុទ្ធត្រូវបានជួលដោយអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ។ អង្ករ គ្រឿងកំប៉ុង ត្រីផ្លាធូ ដែលយកមកចែកជនភៀសខ្លួន ឬស្សី និង ស្លឹកសម្រាប់សង់ផ្ទះ គឺអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិត្រូវទិញពីថៃទាំងអស់ក្នុងតម្លៃទ្វេគុណ។ ប្រជាជនថៃនៅតំបន់ជុំវិញជំរំ ចូលមកទិញអង្ករ ត្រីខ ពីជនភៀសខ្លួនដោយតម្លៃថោក ហើយយកទៅលក់ឱ្យអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិក្នុងតម្លៃខ្ពស់ ដើម្បីយកមកចែកឱ្យជនភៀសខ្លួនដដែល។ ដោយសារទាហានថៃធ្វើបាបជនភៀសខ្លួនពេក ក៏មានកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងមួយនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៨៩ ជាមួយអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ដោយបង្កើតអង្គភាពទាហានថៃពិសេសសម្រាប់ធ្វើការតាមជំរំ ភាសាអង់គ្លេសហៅកាត់ថា DPPU (Displaced Person Protection Unit) ដោយត្រូវទទួលការហ្វឹកហ្វឺនពិសេស ហើយក្រោយមកក៏មានការព្រមព្រៀងជាមួយអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ឱ្យទាហានថៃការពារតែខាងក្រៅជំរំចំណែកខាងក្នុងគឺទទួលខុសត្រូវដោយប៉ូលីសខ្មែរ ដែលទទួលការហ្វឹកហ្វឹនពិសេសពីអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ដោយថៃមិនអាចលូកដៃចូលក្នុងកិច្ចការក្នុងជំរំបានទេ។
