Today at Stark’s Park, we’ll be hosting our Festive Friends Christmas lunch, in partnership with The SPFL Trust and The Dean Park Hotel

40 guests will be in attendance as we look to fight back against social isolation in our community this Christmas 🤝

A very special and festive day down at Cluny Clays as our Walk & Talk group held their Christmas lunch to mark another year of our journey to improve the physical and mental health of our community 🤝

Walk & Talk does exactly what it says on the tin, as our group meet up every Monday morning for a stroll and a blether in and around Kirkcaldy. We aim to promote general health and fitness, whilst also tackling social isolation and vulnerability by providing a warm and welcoming community for anyone to be a part of 👥
