This is absurd. Once a ballot is received in Florida it is immediately logged as received. Once the election ends at 7pm on election night, we know how many ballots have been cast. Once you know the total number of ballots it closes off avenues for cheating.

@derek_j_scv @NateSilver538 Not necessarily true. I work the elections at a ROV and as of now, we can process any ballots received or postmarked by election day. I process those ballots and have helped stamp the envelopes that are rejected by postmark. Depending on election turnout, it can take awhile.
