Where’s my levy gone ?? #WheresMyLevy #levywalkout

[maynooth memes @MMFYUF]

just out of our sweaty kip of an arts building. 8 of 10 microwaves broken in the new room. eduroam down as well, vending machines empty, may queue now for 20 mins in cramped londis, the uni's a shambles #LevyWalkout

Still trying to process the message to 13,000 students that "no you won't be getting the Student Centre you have paid collectively about 10 million euro towards, but we have put some chairs and a couple of microwaves in an old classroom so that 70 of you can sit down at once".

[Sorcha Ward🎋 @sorchaeward]

13,000 students passing in and out of maynooth campus each day and there is no where for them to sit , eat or relax. Every student pays €150 each year and despite the fact the university knew the centre would not go ahead , nothing has been fixed with that amount. #wheresmylevy

Attended the MU town hall today and was unsurprised at students questions. Concerns over the student levy, student social spaces and consideration for our diverse ethnic student population was overwhelming and was thoroughly unimpressed by the response it received!

Are ppl going to let MU get away with announcing the termination of a project students have been paying millions of euro towards for the last 7 years sandwiched in the middle of a random email??? This isn’t just a current student problem alumni u should be furious #wheresmylevy
