@askpermanenttsb I understand that. But surely in the interest of serving your customers, the callback should be prompt. A seven day wait is beyond ridiculous.

@AerLingus Since you cancelled my DUB-SEA flight in June, please let me know how can I change my flight. I have been on hold for hours to your customer "service" line. I am not getting an option to change online. How can I speak with an actual human to get this resolved?
@AerLingus Many people have been impacted by your seeminly arbitrary cancellation of these flights. At least provide some sort of explanation. Not that we'd believe you....
