Sega and Atlus purposefully nerfed the collab character's assets for their appearance on Nikke.

Evidently, people within Atlus did not want a gooner characterization of their brand in the game and therefore gave it the Hank Hill treatment, flattening her into absurdity.

The other element that they were afraid of is the "criticism" over the drama surrounding sexualizing characters that are canonically 16-18 according to the game's lore.

This is despite other characters from other IPs like Evangelion, and Stellar Blade's physics and fanservice being kept intact, despite their "canonical age" being in the teens or unknown. At this point, one has to wonder... WHY EVEN BOTHER WITH A COLLAB if you don't want your IP associated with a gooner-heavy game??

That's like a vegan chef collabing with a steakhouse and only producing tofu steaks...
