A 9-month-old baby was trapped inside a burning car while the doors refused to open. As the flames continued to spread, car after car kept just driving past.

Wesley Beynon and his uncle Marc Willding were the first ones who stopped. They pulled over, ran toward the car and realized the baby was still trapped inside.

Marc tried to help from the passenger side while Wesley forced his way in through the driver’s side and climbed across the burning vehicle to reach her.

Inside, 9-month-old Lilah was still strapped into her seat as the fire continued to grow around them. Wesley managed to get the passenger door open from inside, and Marc reached in, unclipped her and pulled her to safety.

They had barely gotten Lilah clear when the car became engulfed in flames.

Her mother later reunited with Wesley and Marc and said her daughter will grow up knowing exactly who saved her life.

They were just two men driving by that day. But when everyone else kept going, they stopped.

A federal judge in Oklahoma just threw out a drug case after ruling that police violated the Fourth Amendment when they used Flock Safety’s automated license-plate cameras to pull a driver’s travel history for roughly a month, without a warrant, and without probable cause.

U.S. District Judge Sara E. Hill of the Northern District of Oklahoma ruled that Tulsa County sheriff’s deputy Freddie Alaniz conducted an “Unconstitutional Warrantless Search” when he queried Flock and other automated license plate reader systems on a Mazda SUV simply because it had a California plate.

A 76-year-old White woman has just been BEATEN TO DE*TH by a BLACK MALE who has an arrest record going back MORE THAN A DECADE...

He punched her in the face OVER AND OVER and then robbed her and her husband who were out for a morning walk.

Her name was Claudia Bismark, she was 76 years old.

She and Wade Wilson, 60, were married in 1997.

They had lived in Fells Point for more than 35 years and turned a century-old rowhouse into an art gallery with the door wide open to the neighborhood.

At Vikki's Deli, she and Wade were known for RANDOMLY PAYING FOR STRANGERS' BREAKFASTS.

They were known for saying: "Don't ring them up. I got the breakfast."

All the time.

On September 29th, they finished breakfast at Broadway Market like they had for years.

Their waitress says a man walked past, looked them over, sat down at a table and watched them... and the second they left, he left too.

At 9:30 in the morning, in the 1700 block of Fleet Street, surveillance video shows him come up behind them and shove them both to the ground.

Claudia sat up.

He punched her over and over in the face.

Then he turned around, pulled Wade's wallet out of his pocket, and ran.

In her friend Tammy's words: "She hit the ground, and she didn't wake up, she grabbed Wade's hand. She just never woke up from it."

Two days later, on October 1st, Claudia passed away.

Over a wallet.

Oh, and it wasn't the police who found him.

The NEIGHBORS did... walking Fells Point with printouts of the surveillance photo until somebody finally pulled them aside and said, "I actually know who that guy is. His first name is Tray."

Police then arrested 32-year-old Montray McCray on South Carrollton Avenue and charged him with homicide, assault, robbery and reckless endangerment.

His arrest history goes back MORE THAN TEN YEARS. Gun charges. Drug charges.

Her friend Keya Little said:

"There's no reason that a violent criminal should be given probation or three to four months in prison and they are repeatedly out here causing trauma to people."
