- The criteria with inconsistencies pose challenge to the induction of people with disabilities in services.
- The solution lies in:
- implementing uniform guidelines for medical boards
- reducing discrepancies,
- making fair evaluations.
- By making these adjustments a system that supports every candidate and promotes fairness and inclusivity throughout the entire process can be created.

I've spent about 70k on lawyer fees till date. And will have to spend atleast 50k more in the future.
All of this is while I don't have proper job, and also loans to pay back.
Last 4 years have been a real struggle. But I do not have any regrets. Not gonna accept defeat!
