The toughest opponent in SORTIE carries almost nothing. Adding cards to a deck makes it worse. Every card you add is one more thing standing between you and the card you needed.

So when we make a fight easier, we dont weaken the enemy aircraft. We hand it more gear to trip over.

that loadout makes. Then someone tries to shoot you down.

More is worse, which is the rule the whole game turn on. Every hardpoint you fit adds its card to your deck, so the card you actually wanted comes up less often, The question is never what else can I fit.
