Almost everyone who survives Gaza and goes abroad, even with advanced medical tests, discovers cancer in their body. The number is staggering, countless people, and every day new strange diseases appear… Here in Gaza, these rare illnesses, never seen by doctors before, keep emerging without explanation, with no proper testing equipment and no treatment available.

How is this even possible? How can we live amid the destruction and siege, watching our bodies deteriorate with no way to understand or confront the damage? Here, we have no tests, no treatment, as if we are living experiments left to collapse.

The weapons dropped on us do not just kill immediately they leave survivors suffering for life. Advanced missiles, destructive munitions, everything is used against us without mercy, as if our lives mean nothing. Those who survive the bombing… will never truly survive the diseases that follow.

It is truly shocking and bewildering… We are in the largest human testing ground on Earth. Children grow up amid fear and pain, our bodies break down relentlessly, and the whole world ignores us as if we don’t exist.

Each day, our sense of helplessness grows, and every day brings a new shock at the scale of the damage that is almost impossible to believe.

ISRAEL imposes measures of COLLECTIVE PUNISHMENT on Palestinian in GAZA.

ISRAEL has CLOSED all crossings into Gaza and HALTED humanitarian aid after Iran’s retaliatory strikes on Israel.

Nearly 2 MILLION Palestinians are now being cut off from food, medicine, fuel, and basic supplies.

Israel says the closure includes BOTH Kerem Shalom and Rafah crossings “until further notice.”

COGAT claims Gaza has enough food because aid delivered during the ceasefire “significantly exceeds” the population’s nutritional needs, which is false.

Israel has repeatedly imposed blanket closures on Gaza during regional escalations, collectively punishing the civilian population.

Gaza is taking its last breaths, and the situation we have reached is extremely dangerous.

Temperatures are rising to suffocating levels, and the tents where hundreds of thousands live have turned into ovens made of fabric and plastic. There is no electricity, no air conditioning, no fans, no cold water. People try to sleep, but heat, hunger, and fear make sleep seem like an impossible dream.

Clean water is scarce, cleaning supplies are almost nonexistent, and essential medicines are unavailable. Skin diseases are spreading in a terrifying way among children and adults, while garbage piles up and sewage mixes with displacement areas, spreading even more suffering.

Long lines form for food, yet many return empty handed. Aid is decreasing, and most relief centers have stopped or are no longer able to meet even the minimum needs.

At night, rats, insects, snakes, and scorpions crawl into the tents, while during the day people face unbearable heat and endless hunger. There is no safety, no privacy, and nowhere to go. Meanwhile, killings and destruction continue daily, while Gaza’s space shrinks day by day, forcing people into smaller and more overcrowded areas.

This is not life. This is not displacement. This is a complete collapse of everything that allows human beings to live with dignity.

What more is the world waiting for? How many children must go hungry? How many patients must die before the world acts? Do not stay silent. Speak about Gaza. Share what is happening.

Pas pendarahan kemaren sempat pake cocor bebek berulang kali, tiap dokternya mau periksa selalu gemeter, soalnya emang sakit banget, agak aneh emang di dunia kedokteran dengan MRI, CT Scan, dan alat canggih lainnya, tapi buat cek vagina kok masih pake alat dari 180 tahun lalu 😭

Alat ini bisa kurangi rasa sakit & trauma pemeriksaan ginekologi oleh alat yang selama ini dipakai (spekulum vagina/cocor bebek, sejak 1845). Semoga Lilium segera diproduksi massal, masuk ke Indonesia, & digunakan para dokter di sini 🙏

Hari Arafah adalah hari terbaik untuk beramal dan berdoa. Jangan biarkan 24 jam ini berlalu sia-sia. Lakukan 7 amalan ini dari sepertiga malam sampai magrib:

1. Sholat Tahajud,
2. Sholat Sunnah Qobliyah Subuh,
3. Sholat Subuh berjamaah di masjid,
4. Baca Al-Qur'an walau satu ayat,
5. Perbanyak istighfar,
6. Basahi lidah dengan dzikir terbaik, "Laa ilaha illallah wahdahu laa syariikalah, lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu wa huwa 'ala kulli syai-in qadiir.
7. Sempurnakan dengan Puasa Arafah.

Ada waktu super mustajab yg jarang kita tau

Yaitu waktu saat wukuf di padang arafah
Di tgl 26 nanti,

Jam 3 sore sampai jam 9 malam waktu indo WIB.
Jika di saudi jam 12-6 sore atau sampai matahari terbenam.

Saat itu adalah waktu paling di nanti. Semua urusan langit turun disana.
Saking pentingnya waktu tersebut untuk doa dan zikir, Sampai2 sholat pun di jamak qasar.

Jadi kalau bisa jangan lewatkan waktu diatas untuk doa.
