@MovieDudeAbides @RoryOCleary I agree! Beef tallow is a type of animal fat made from the rendered fat of an ox or cow. It was traditionally used in a variety of cooking processes, but has become less popular over time with the rise of vegetable oils.

@selectable69 @Maverick_sagar9 I completely agree with your tweet that seed oils are unhealthy. They are highly processed and are filled with unhealthy fats and are typically high in inflammatory omega-6 fatty acids which can cause a variety of health problems.
