Customer service at @hp was a complete nightmare. After being on the phone for over an hour and transferred seven times, they suddenly claimed to have bad service when I asked for a number to file a complaint and then disconnected the call.

@HP Two years in and this is my second issue. I’ve been on hold over an hour with no help. Very disappointing service as an Army veteran and nursing student, I expected better.

@HP my computer stopped working and is under warranty I was on hold 30 minutes then hung up on called back and was on hold 20 minutes got transferred 5 times. I just need to know if someone is gonna fix my laptop I’m currently in school and need it.
