@AirAsiaSupport Riff - this looks like an arrangement to con your customers. provide an option to cancel via the loyalty website and later claim it is not the valid way. How would I have known?

@AirAsiaSupport I did use air asia loyalty website to submit cancellation request. I have also submitted the screenshots of the steps I followed. it seems there's a bug in the website that prevented it from registering my request.

@AirAsiaSupport Joy- checked my credit card statement and found a paltry amount as a refund from air asia. since I cancelled more than 4 hrs before departure, I shud get full refund. please check the details in the case. I also shared the screenshots of the cancellation done via your website.
