@UPS My delivery arrived at 7 pm. The driver was kind, not his fault. The ever changing delivery windows kept me from leaving home, keeping 3 others and myself from an activity, missing dinner with family and friends. I know your windows need to be large, it's just frustrating.

@VirginiaDMV Took care of the issue. When I told the info desk what I needed, I should have been asked if I needed a receipt. What about having a 'No receipt required' drop box by the information booth? Either would save time and frustration.
