Par décret du 26 décembre, le Professeur Samuel OUYA est nommé Recteur de l'Université Numérique Cheikh Hamidou Kane (UN-CHK, ex-UVS).

Professeur titulaire et enseignant-chercheur à l'École Supérieure Polytechnique (ESP) de l’Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar, il succède au Pr Moussa Lo.

D'origine centrafricaine et formé à l'ESP, il était Directeur du Laboratoire d’Informatique, Télécommunications et Applications (LITA) de l’ESP.
