My father really pays attention. The bread he buys when I am with him is not the bread he buys when he is with my brother 😹. He knows everyone’s favorite brand for everything 😭.
If he buys bama for my brother, he will buy blueband for my sister.
What kills me is that he has a fitness foundation and muscle memory, so he'll lose all that weight quickly, then turn around and tell people it's doable and they just need to stop being lazy.
Last year my wife was wrapping up her executive MBA while pregnant with our second child, the entire time dealing with a 4 year old because her husband was running around telling people jokes. 🤯🙌🏿
Yesterday was her graduation day.
That’s my GOAT! What a human.
Congratulations, Machuma! ❤️🥳
Tonight’s bedtime story was about zaccheus.
Me after we were done: so what did you learn from the story?
My 5 year old: Jesus can still love you even though you’re short. 🫠
Corny 33 yr old women who are the type to quote a “today’s women don’t be catering to their man” tweet with a pic of a plate of food they’ve cooked for a situationship
This is why we listen to the women before us. Because some wisdom is passed down in warnings, not wounds. Some lessons don’t need to be lived to be learned.
I have days when I don't want to hear anyone's sad story. Like, mentally, you can't take it. More so when you are going through your own difficulties. Then you start to feel guilty.
