@XfinitySupport can someone help me with my issues with xfinity mobile? I've been trying for 4 mobths and I feel like I keep being told what I want to hear. nothing is being fixed. I'm not sure if my newest ticket number is real.

@TMobileHelp can anyone help me? I've been trying for 6 months to get the free watch I ordered to stop showing up as not free and being charged for it. I keep getting a credit for it and told it'll get fixed but it's not.
