@OYO4U Thanks Arsh @OYO4U. I have mailed all details to official ID (escalations), please look into it and do the needful for refun of the remainder of the booking from tomorrow onwards. You can charge for today although I have now had to book myself into some other hotel due to this.
. @oyorooms I booked my stay through your app. The hotel has now shifted me to another branch of theirs. Nothing as shown while booking. App doesn't allow cancellation as well, and I have paid for 6 nights already. This is fleecing.
As I analyse more on AI transformation, fragmented reality, modern work, and the strange future forming underneath the language of efficiency, I am curious to hear: What do you think the fifth wave of the internet will truly be?
Sometimes, the most 'professional' thing you can do is hold the silence. It’s not passive; it’s a sharpening of the question. Don't rush to answer. Let the question exist until clarity arrives on its own. The simplest things, done consistently, are the only real transformation.
We wait for a 'big strategy' to save us, but the solution to our biggest problems is usually a simple thought we were too busy to hold.
Be careful: Instincts are true, but easily distorted by emotion. Desperation isn't insight. Anger isn't clarity. And fear restricts the view.
"Inner Governance: From Self to Culture"is written for exactly this moment. Not a framework for the off-site. A daily practice for the leader in the room before the room. Because the quality of every decision traces back to the self-governance of the person making it
There is a room that exists before every meeting.
The leader who governs that room — quietly, daily, imperfectly — is the one who builds the culture everyone else is trying to describe.
Your subconscious keeps delivering the same situation in different packaging until you crack the code.
Heres why these patters keep repating and how to finally break the cycle: 🧵
Success is visible. Stability is invisible. Most leaders build the first, not the second.
The Problem: You can be competent yet internally strained, privately exhausted. The world rewards performance. It does not teach governance.
