Makes us think if the Britishers were more responsive to people’s protests than this cruel, deaf-dumb government.
Prime Minister Modi’s government is playing with Sonam ji’s life. This will cost them heavily.
We all stand united with him as he braves through the hunger.
HABITS THAT ADD 30 YEARS TO YOUR LIFE AFTER 50
1. Wake up and drink lemon water immediately not coffee First!
2. Do 10 heel raises in bed before standing up
3. Eat protein within 30 minutes of waking (saves your muscles)
4. Rotate your ankles & roll shoulders — dry joints = pain later
5. Remember yesterday backwards for 60 seconds (sharpens your brain)
6. Room temperature water opens blood vessels – cold shocks your system
7. Your blood is thick like syrup after 8 hours of sleep
8. Muscle catabolism starts overnight — protein stops it cold
9. Synovial Fluid gets thick — move joints or grind bone on bone
10. Harvard research: Reverse memory build cognitive reserve
11. 87% of people doing this are still independent at 80
12. 5 minutes determines if you thrive at 80 or struggle at 65
Be boring in the right ways. Go to bed early. Wake up early. Eat simple foods. Save money. Exercise. Read old books. Avoid drama. Boring is seriously underrated.
DAY 8
Still Alive, though not kicking….
Some 7,000 people gathered at Jantar Mantar today from morning to evening. Leaders of various social and political movements spoke in support. A clear indication of how effective this movement is can be judged from the number of trolls in the comments below. Over the years I’ve seen that this number is directly proportional to the impact. I’ll be so sad & dejected the day they go missing. Thank you, my success-o-meter, for your hard work.

Someone in your life is one genuine compliment away from finally believing in themselves.
You already know what to say. You've thought it and kept it to yourself. Say it today. The cost to you is nothing. The impact on them could be everything.
There is news almost every other day of public officials getting caught for corruption.
The government is repeatedly urging citizens to report when officials demand bribes so they can be caught red-handed.
Recently, two women sub-inspectors who demanded ₹20,000 for clearing a beauty parlour licence were suspended and arrested by the DVAC.
A HR&CE Joint Commissioner who demanded ₹1 lakh for approving funds for temple renovation was also suspended and arrested.
The PWD and HR&CE departments are issuing public notices encouraging people to report every instance of corruption, however small.
State ministers have publicly stated that the Chief Minister has warned them against taking even a single rupee of public money.
Some remain skeptical and view these as mere PR exercises. Even if that were true, once people start questioning and refusing bribes, it becomes very difficult to revert to the old ways. Society as a whole will not allow it.
Personally, I have no reason to doubt the Chief Minister’s intent. This is a golden opportunity for Tamil Nadu to eradicate corruption. The public must work hand-in-hand with the government on this.
