One of the highlights of CinemaCon was the first footage from @BrianDuffield’s Whalefall. Holy shit. We watched an amazing sequence of a diver that eventually ends in the mouth of a whale. Fantastic filmmaking. Entire audience loved.

@jeffschmidt @GiganticCranium @fabfilter Yep! Because it just analyses the character of the reverb sample and recreates it using algorithmic reverb rather than convolution. So it’s not an exact replication like convolution would be, but in my experience so far it really nails the “feel” of the reverb sample.
