Hey @StaplesCanada , why are activation fees + taxes still showing up for the $200 Prepaid Joker Mastercards? The activation fees are supposed to be waived from August 15 - 21 according to the flyer

@scotiabank @ScotiabankHelps Not to mention annoying for people who have credit history attached to their legal name (with a space), and because your system is unable accept the space in between the names, you can't even pull their credit file.

And I’m unsure how things are done over at @Bose but the initial agent told me that he Googled the sales tax for my location… & he found the wrong tax? 🤔 Another thing I found odd is that they told me the subtotal they see on my order is $105.99, where’s the 1c difference going

Can someone at @Bose explain to me why I’m being charged the wrong amount of sales tax? Because the agent as well as case mnger I spoke with could not. How can a large co. have this kind of error? This should warrant an audit @ONconsumer #Ontario #HST #Tax

I suspect this is not happening just to me as the case manager told me that the sales tax was automatically generated by their system and she’s unable to make any adjustments to it. I would highly recommend everyone who’s ordered from @Bose to check the amount you’ve been taxed
