VCHA's KG announces she filed a lawsuit to end her contract with JYP Entertainment and that she's leaving the group after multiple incidents of abuse and mistreatment:
"I feel it was not a good environment for my mental health and I apologize if my leave disappoints any of you. I am not in support of the working and living conditions that led a member to attempt suicide. Nor do I support an environment that encourages eating disorders and has caused members to self harm."

WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH KG AND VCHA. A MUST READ!
TW // ABUSE & RACISM.
The 77-page document details the severe abuse, exploitation and racism KG and her group, VCHA, endured under JYPE. KG faced harsh schedules, emotional abuse and forced living arrangements, while being denied fair pay and basic human needs like rest, food and medical care. Injuries, including a torn shoulder tendon, were ignored and extreme financial burdens were placed on her, with JYPE charging her $500,000 for company expenses. Mental health issues, including self-harm and eating disorders, were dismissed and the company concealed a suicide attempt. Hidden surveillance further violated her privacy. Despite contributing to JYPE's significant profits, K.G was told she owed them money, reflecting gross exploitation and disregard for her welfare.
KG has filed a lawsuit to terminate her contract with JYPE and leave VCHA. She is still waiting for a release from her contract so let's spread the tags in support of her!
