From September 2018, vacancies will arise in the Cathedral Choir for Alto and Bass Choral Scholars.
The scholarships are open to those of student-age, and usually run for three years.

And for those attending the cathedral on Ash Wednesday, our services with imposition of ashes are at 8.00am, 12.30pm, and 6.00pm, with the evening service sung by the Bristol University Singers, to include Allegri's Miserere. All are welcome.

Please note that, due to Ash Wednesday falling on 14 February this year, the Feast Day of Saint Valentine is transferred to the 15th.
Late (and discounted) gift-buying is liturgically accurate for one year only.

The service will be led by the Revd Sarah Evans, the Cathedral Chaplain, and the congregational hymn will be "Lord of all hopefulness", words written by Jan Struther (1901-53).
