What's Burnham going to do for Scotland? Nothing good. His "more devolution" will mean Holyrood giving up powers, not Westminster. Scotland's English owned media - especially the BBC - will side with him as he seeks to bypass the Scottish parliament by giving funds direct to councils.
Burnham is just another BritNat PM. He won't really think much about Scotland. He'll leave that to the army of House Jocks his party already has. Douglas Alexander, Kirsty McNeil, Anas Sarwar ... not to mention their media equivalents ... Glenn Campbell, James Cook, Gary Robertson ...
Just another wee example of the press in Scotland & how they promote Scotland to be a colony: https://t.co/Mk6KvbmnYU We Scots must be "cracked down on". Shades of Lisa Nandy!
BBC Scotland still showing little to no interest in the situation with Labour north of the border. It's as though they just can't bring themselves to go after the man they invested in so heavily for so long.
John Swinney, First Minister of Scotland.
Attacked daily by unionists, attempted smears, lies, insults.
The type of vilification was previously reserved for Nicola Sturgeon, and still goes on !
Now their rancour is turned on John.
It’s all about preventing independence.
Top man
Hey @JohannaBaxter - are you really that stupid? Look on the SG website and you will see audited financial statements which will tell you exactly what has been done with the money. Also health boards and other public bodies publish audited accounts, too. Too lazy or just a liar?
🗣️ "Westminster has taken over £400billion of Scotland's energy wealth and instead of investing it in Scotland, they have closed down Grangemouth and are destroying thousands of vital Scottish energy jobs in the North Sea."

Glenn Campbell's 'documentary' about the Murrell case set out to smear Nicola Sturgeon. It served only to expose Campbell as shallow and cheap. It was too tawdry for words. Seriously bad filmmaking. Campbell doesn't come out of it well at all.
Why hasn't he been stripped of his baubles already? Why is there not more coverage of this? Why is the embezzlement of £400,000 from the SNP more important than a child rapist who had access to prime ministers for decades and helped sway policy to the benefit of NI Unionists?
What's Andy Burnham going to do for Scotland? Re-open Grangemouth? Ask China for the £1.5bn of investment Labour blocked? De-couple gas from electricity? Devolve energy? Scrap the UK Internal Market Act? Give Scotland a NI style Brexit deal?
He'll be just another BritNat PM with House Jock agents seeking to sabotage the SNP Govt.
The biggest scandal in the devolution era was Henry McLeish resigning as FM minutes before a vote of no confidence. The story had everything. Misuse of public cash. A charity that had ceased to exist. Shady payments of £20,000 to Labour figures.

Reporting Scotland covered Starmer's resignation without once reflecting on how it might impact Scotland. Also no discussion on how damaging the civil war has been for Scottish Labour or whether Sarwar's position is tenable. It was distilled colonial boilerplate.
