@TataPower , what's the point of ev chargers if you can't maintain them. Loc- Hotel Sher Bengal on NH116. On both sides of the road, chargers are not working.
This kind of mishaps happening on every trip. The chance of getting a TataPower charger working is less than 50% now.
@TataPower, it seems you have no interest in maintaining EV chargers. This happened at a TAJ venue. Most of your ev chargers don't work easily. Even the reset button is damaged. This happened yesterday.
@Tataev Can you tell me @TataMotors@Tataev, when I gave KB Motors a perfectly running car, how come the things landed in changing the battery? If any problem in the future for this change? Resale value falls also. Who is going to compensate for all these?
@Tataev What shall I say? Gave my car to K B Motors, Kolkata for servicing. The car was running perfectly. They suddenly discovered a pyroswitch issue and after a few days they let me know that they're changing the HV battery altogether. Who'll compensate for my losses? WB08R8898
@Tataev Gave a completely okay car just for wash and software update and the issues suddenly started happening a few days after. Missed the long drive, have to take anxiety pills everyday, you have pushed my mom, a senior citizen to avail certain services not easy for her.
@Tataev Who can guarantee that they'll not cause another issue tomorrow? And can you guarantee that no flood damage has happened during its stay at the SC? My house has an elevated parking, no water entered there. What if they completely destroy the car and then just tell us?
@Tataev Also, I had to take the Zoomcar. Who's going to compensate for that? I cannot move around the city as per my necessities right now. Every time, I have to borrow someone else's car. Who's going to pay for all these? Just because of your callous service centre.
@Tataev I originally planned to take the car to a trip to Kalimpong. I couldn't. Had to take a Zoomcar from NJP. Also, as my car still remains at the SC, and you know about Kolkata flood, can you assure me that no damage has taken place because of that?
@Tataev I gave them the car on 11th Sept. There was no battery error or damage detected then. Suddenly it was detected when I was out of station and the car was in SC. Suddenly the pyroswitch issue appeared without any collision or crash. Isn't everything fishy?
@ZoomcarDEL Zoomcar just doesn't have any customer service at Kol. Sorry to say. Stop sucking customers' blood if you can't provide any customer care. 08068972200 gets disconnected every time. Except the AI, there's no recourse and the AI is dumb.
After long interactions with @TataPower, the problem was solved. Sourav Pal, Jhantu Biswas and Ritesh took personal concern about it and followed it up. But Tata Power needs to increase CCS2 chargers. Specifically in the mountains.

@Tataev what did you do? @TataPower, you must answer, else I would go for the 10 times of my car's value at the time of purchase. I may publicise this also.
