I rlly wanna explore the idea of how hypers scars can present because we know now his scars were an explosion + fire specifically and they were quite severe considering the fact he's lost his vision but I wanna see MORE about like how severe and what was impacted by them

I get that Blackrock isn't a copypaste of its influences in but America is uniquely the only developed country in OUR world to have privaised healthcare so its really odd to me that the region heavily based in Soviet + Slavic countries suddenly has the hypercapitalst healthcare?
