@ZEE5India your app is so so pathetic!! I bought the ₹799 FIFA pack, 3 devices for 3 months. Whenever I am logging in Safari, its showing upgrade and immediately showing login. So frustrating! Been cleared the cache, did restart, nothing works. Just a trash.

Its a Portugal match & I can't watch it. Know why? Because I paid ₹799 for a subscription to an app that can't even do the one thing it's supposed to-stream the match.Charging customers is easy. Delivering a working service clearly isn't.

It feels like the public is the only criminal, and only they are liable to pay fines. The administration, the municipal corporation, and the government; none of them are ever held responsible.
No rules apply to them. They are never accountable for any negligence.
Shouldn’t they be held responsible too???
Citizens must work hard, endure suffering, pay taxes, pay fines, fill the government’s coffers, and then vote them back into power!
I request everyone to share this as widely as possible, so that even those who made these rules become aware of this truth.

Let me b clear—dis isn’t abt a ₹40 refund. It’s abt accountability. A 30m delay despite opting 4 fast delivery, along wid complete disregard 4 dietary instructions, is simply unacceptable. Offerin a token coupon while ignoring d core service failure only adds 2 d frustration

'Eco Saver' alternative?
I don’t believe I should be required to provide additional proof for a delay that’s already reflected in the order timeline. A faster delivery was promised, but not honored — and that in itself warrants a more sincere resolution.

I’m quite disappointed with how this has been handled. I clearly remember adding “No Onions” under cooking instructions before placing d order. Unfortunately, Swiggy’s app doesn’t retain these instructions in d order history/invoice after d order is completed,
