How can an agent do that without OTP!
Happens repeatedly !!

Been chasing the current status of an order via email. No option co connect over call.
No response over email. The order was delivered to a wrong address. Had dropped a mail to cancel the same and was informed can be cancelled during delivery

The India team is terrible. They call themselves Customer Happiness Team. Getting no joy.

Repeated emails and messages over X go unheard. Cancellation request was declined and they dont want to take the item back. TERRIBLE

Someone comes online everyday and drops a response that the concerned team will reach out!!

I put a mail requesting to cancel the order. The team said to cancel when delivery is attempted. But the delivery agent ddnt ask for OTP just kept and left. No support!!!!
