It is very interesting to see that IT companies are saying that AI will help them get more business and higher revenues ( which means higher costs for the clients) and client companies, like banks etc, are saying that AI will help them reduce costs and have fewer employees.

#WATCH | Uttarakhand: A swift and timely intervention by an Indian Army Medical Officer helped save the life of a road accident victim on the Banbasa–Champawat road near Sukhidhang on 8 July 26.
At approximately 11:05 a.m., Major General V. K. Patra of the Indian Army was travelling from Bareilly to Pithoragarh when he noticed a group of people gathered around a motorcyclist lying motionless on the road, about 2 km before the Chalthi turn near Sukhidhang. Bystanders informed him that the victim had succumbed to his injuries.
Drawing upon his medical expertise, Major General Patra immediately examined the victim and found him to be unresponsive, with no palpable pulse and no spontaneous breathing. Recognising the situation as a cardiac arrest, he promptly initiated Basic Life Support (BLS) in accordance with established resuscitation protocols. He instructed his co-driver, an Army soldier, to assist by providing rescue breaths while he continued high-quality chest compressions.
After approximately two minute of continuous cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the victim regained spontaneous circulation and breathing. Suspecting an associated head injury, Major General Patra carefully placed the patient in the recovery position to maintain a patent airway and minimise the risk of aspiration in the event of vomiting.
Appreciating the seriousness of the injuries, Major General Patra simultaneously coordinated for an Army ambulance from Banbasa Cantonment. An Army Medical Officer and medical team arrived promptly, and the victim was stabilised and evacuated to the nearest Primary Health Centre for further management.
Meanwhile, personnel of Dial-112 from Chalthi Police Outpost reached the scene and contacted the victim’s family using his mobile phone. The injured person was identified as Laxman Singh, son of Bishan Singh, a resident of Budhabagh, Chakarpur, Khatima, aged about 40 years, who was travelling with relatives to Lohaghat for worship when the accident occurred.
The incident highlights the critical importance of immediate bystander intervention and the lifesaving value of Basic Life Support and CPR during the golden minutes following cardiac arrest. It also reflects the unwavering commitment of the Indian Army and its medical fraternity to preserving life—not only on the battlefield but also in civil emergencies—demonstrating that every trained soldier and military medical professional can make the difference between life and death.

Bus driver and conductor both watching videos on their phones while speeding at 100 km/h on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway.
This is why accidents keep happening every single day.
This is not one bus. This is the standard practice in most private buses.
You are traveling with death sitting right next to the driver.
How many more people have to die before someone takes action?

A laborer working on a site near a hospital in Pune came to the hospital with his pregnant wife in an emergency. Dr. Ganesh Khairi examined the woman and said, "I have to perform a cesarean section immediately to save the mother and child." For a moment, the laborer thought he would be stuck with a huge expense, but with no other option, he allowed the doctor to perform the operation.
The operation was successful, and a daughter was born. The laborer's biggest question was how to pay the bill. When the laborer met Dr. Ganesh and asked how much the bill would be, Dr. Ganesh smiled and said, "I don't charge for the birth of a daughter." The laborer was astonished.
The doctor clarified, "Every daughter is an incarnation of Lakshmi. How can money be taken during Lakshmi's incarnation?" When I was studying, my mother told me that when God sends a daughter into this world, to help her and her family in every possible way. Obeying my mother's orders, I don't take any money at the time of my daughter's birth."
The laborer immediately fell at Dr. Ganesh's feet and said, "You are truly a manifestation of God." It's been a decade since Dr. Ganesh opened his hospital. In ten years, nearly 1,000 daughters have been born at his hospital, and not a single penny has been charged to the parents of any daughter.

Understanding Financial Asset Rotation (Part 1).
A Timeless Lesson for Every Investor.
Financial assets don't move in a straight line. They move in rotation.
Opportunity > Optimism > Narrative > Euphoria > Correction > New Opportunity .
The asset class changes.
The narrative changes.
The cycle changes.
But the pattern remains the same.
The post-COVID period (2020 - 2026) has perhaps been the clearest demonstration of this timeless pattern.
Like many global equity markets, the Indian equity market also recovered strongly after COVID. Between 2021 and September 2024, however, it emerged as one of the world's best-performing major markets, with countless stocks turning into multibaggers.
The narrative -India being the world's fastest-growing major economy -was true. But as valuations became richer, optimism gradually turned into euphoria, and investors needed to moderate their return expectations.
Market leadership then began to rotate.
Real estate gathered momentum.
Crypto became the next market darling. Narratives such as digital gold, institutional adoption and a new financial system dominated conversations. Retail participation surged. Optimism turned into euphoria before volatility reminded everyone that no trend lasts forever.
Gold then rallied , reinforcing its status as the preferred safe haven asset. Silver followed with even greater intensity. Narratives around AI, solar energy and electrification became increasingly popular. The themes were genuine, but eventually the narrative became larger than the valuation. Euphoria was followed by a sharp correction.
Industrial metals such as copper, aluminium and zinc became the next favourites. Electrification, infrastructure, energy transition and AI-driven demand became the dominant themes. Once again, optimism grew, valuations expanded, and these markets have now started softening.
The AI revolution then created another powerful wave. Technology leaders, semiconductor companies and markets closely linked to that ecosystem -particularly the US, Taiwan and Korea - became the new favourites.
This leadership too will eventually rotate .
Different asset classes. Different narratives. Different cycles. Same pattern. Different outcome for investors.
A good opportunity creates optimism. Optimism creates a narrative.
The narrative attracts more participants. Participation fuels euphoria.
Euphoria is followed by correction. And every correction quietly creates a new opportunity.
Markets don't move in straight lines. They move in rotations.
Opportunity → Euphoria → Correction → New Opportunity
Different asset classes. Different narratives. Same human psychology.
The biggest returns often come not from chasing today's favourite, but from recognizing tomorrow's opportunity.
