@amitbehalll They do this always. They are habitual offenders if i may put it that way. Even in my case only the social media post solved the issue ,otherwise it was just Back and forth. And all they would say was sir give us 24 hrs we shall sort it for you.

@StarHealthIns I have taken a policy for parents with deductible ,the deductible amount has already been deducted for the year completely and yet after repeated intimation you keep deducting amount in the name of policy deductibles.
