you can’t “cheat” in the traditional sense when your brain has been hijacked. dean was literally force–fed substances. cheating requires a conscious decision to betray someone; dean was in a state of induced delirium atp 🥹

it was a messy, drug–and–alcohol–fueled moment of confusion between two people with insane chemistry.

they both realized they crossed a line, which shows there’s still a moral compass there. that’s important, awareness came back.
