@hmans What I see is in this thread is you going from "being a good person" to communication to "character traits" I guess what you are looking for is professionalism. As long as everyone is professional with each other and keeps in mind that the work place is not the local pub.

@CarlaStabile I don't write it on paper but use this principle almost every time I'm refactoring functions or methods with the return early principle instead of having code nested inside if statements
