Hi @CaesarsSports , I have a concern regarding a recent betting experience. When I tried to place a $10,000 bet at the counter on Porzingis to score over 15.5 points in the second game at -108, I encountered an issue. After waiting for about a minute for approval, the operator offered me a limit of $5,400. However, when the operator clicked accept, nothing happened due to a bug. After the operator clicked again to send the previously approved $5,400 bet, the odds dropped to -128. I have several experiences with this bug. Can you please explain why this happened and how it can be resolved?
